1.   Water, lemon and honey
•    Add one tablespoon chia seeds to some water & mix well
•    1 tsp honey & juice of a ½ lemon
•    Keep aside for 15-35 minutes Mix well and then take

2.    Fruit and vegetable smoothies
•    Half an apple | cranberries or berries of your choice
•    Blend it well and then add chia seed into it

3.    Grind chia seed into powder and add into wheat flour for making your bread.

4.    Homemade chunky Berry Jam
•    Take one bowl of berries of your choice and heat them in the microwave for 15 to 20 minutes
    Add one tablespoon of chia seed and blend with the Help of fork or you can mix with hands also.
